Pickup & Delivery Made Easy
Scheduling your pickup is simple. Just use the Fort Worth Family Cleaners app to request service, and we'll assign you to the pickup and delivery schedule for your area.
- Eagle Mountain Route: Pickup on Tuesday, Delivery on Thursday
- Tanglewood Route: Pickup on Wednesday, Delivery on Friday
The day before your scheduled pickup, you'll receive a text message to confirm your service. Once confirmed, simply place your complimentary Fort Worth Family Cleaners Express Bag outside by 8:00 a.m. on your pickup day, and we'll handle the rest.

Your garments will be professionally cleaned, carefully inspected, and returned fresh, pressed, and ready to wear on your scheduled delivery day.
5 Points of Pre-Processing & Quality Inspection
Check all pockets for personal belongings (money, jewelry, etc.) These items are placed in a bag, marked with your information.
Check all garments for broken buttons. We flag where the buttons are fractured or broken & replace them on shirts, for free!
Carefully inspect all items for tears, discoloration, or areas in need of repair. We will text you a photo of the defective garment.
Check for stains that cannot be treated with store bought chemicals. The garments are then flagged to be treated by an experienced spot removing technician, prior to processing.
We take the time to read ALL care labels & clean according to the manufacturer's instructions. "Special care" items that require very gentle cleaning or hand washing, are flagged to be processed by hand to protect the delicate features of the garment.
